What is Holistic counselling?

Holistic Counselling is a form of counselling that recognizes, honours and works with all dimensions of our being – physical, mental, emotional, soul and spirit. Unlike conventional forms of counselling, holistic counselling explores the interconnectedness of these dimensions and thereby paves the way for genuine and lasting healing to occur. Our approach towards holistic counselling sessions:

  • Every person is unique, and so is their healing journey. There is no right or wrong, no judgement, only learning, healing, transcending, elevating.
 
  • It is never too late to change for the better. Every shift you make is pivotal, with the power to change the trajectory of your future. Therefore, we will always hold you to your highest potential.
  • Every life matters. Every experience is felt differently by different people. Therefore, we adopt holistic approaches and trauma-informed methods to provide a safe space for you in your healing journey.

Holistic counselling sessions are suited for individuals and couples. We will aim to empower you with tools to enhance your perception, and help you navigate life with a sense of intentionality, purpose and a sense of harmony within. The sessions run for 70 minutes, and can be done online through Zoom, or in person. You can choose to undertake sessions on an ad hoc basis or plan an entire healing or transformative journey with us. We offer an initial obligation free 15-minute telephone consultation to address any queries that you may have.
