Sound Baths & Mindfulness for Teens (13–17 yrs)
Helping young hearts find calm, confidence, and connection through sound — a gentle path to inner balance and holistic wellbeing. Teenagers today face growing levels of stress, sensory overload, and emotional pressure. These sessions offer a safe and nurturing space where young people can relax, release tension, and reconnect with their natural sense of balance and clarity. Through a blend of healing vibrations from a range of sound healing instruments, along with mindfulness and grounding practices, each session is gently tailored to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and inner calm. Our sessions are designed for teens aged 13–17 years, supporting them through a time of growth, change, and self-discovery. Gentle support sessions for younger children (ages 10–12 years) may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to explore suitability.
