Step1:

We will set up an obligation free 15-minute initial consultation with you to understand your needs and check for contraindications to determine the suitability of sound healing sessions for you. 

Step 2:

If we can proceed, then you will be sent the necessary paperwork for the intake, and we will set up a suitable time for the session(s). We will include information on what to bring with you to the session, or how to prepare for online sessions if that is your chosen mode.

Step 3:

Preparing for the session: 

  • Please wear comfortable clothing.
  • Bring with you a blanket, a yoga mat or bed sheet (if attending a group session), water bottle, a journal and a pen.
  • Plan your day in a way that allows you to rest and unwind after the session. 

Step 4:

Sound healing sessions will be for a duration of 90 mins. Therapeutic sounds will be administered for 60 mins approximately, and for this duration, it is best to lie down in a comfortable position, so that both the body and mind can relax. The remainder of the session will be about reflection and recommendations.

No. Sound healing is a complementary therapy, designed to address all levels of our being – mind, body, emotions, spirit. While it is every effective in alleviating a lot of health issues, especially psychosomatic and stress related ones, it does not and should not be intended to replace any conventional medicine. 

We can work in conjunction with your regular medication and explore to the deeper causal factors of your issues beyond just the physical. These approaches combine esoteric, spiritual aspects, and interconnections between different aspects of our being. Such a holistic approach to health and wellbeing can be very rewarding and transformative.

Yes, it is currently 8 years and above. We offer 45 minutes sessions for children in the age group of 8 – 12 years, 60 minutes sessions for Teenagers (13 – 18 years), and 90 minutes for adults.  

If you have a mental health diagnosis, we will ask that you first consult with your regular GP, psychologist or psychiatrist as to the suitability of sound healing and meditation-based practices.

They can write to us or contact us directly about any particular aspects that we could assist you with, especially in stress management, grounding, calming needs, and we can proceed as part of your health care team, if that is recommended.

Yes, we would absolutely recommend your active involvement in planning your healing journey with us. This means, that you can choose:

  • Your healing intention
  • Modalities – Holistic counselling, meditation, sound healing
  • Session format – In-person or online 
  • Session frequency – weekly, fortnightly or monthly
  • You can share your preferences and feedback with us, so we can continue to support you in a way that hold space for your progress, and higher good.
